Shipping & Returns

diy Security Mall ships most items the same day, if the order is received by 12pm CST. (not applicable on weekends or holidays). We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Orders of multiple items will be shipped together if possible. Please be very careful when entering in your shipping information during your order process. Any packages returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information will result in a charge for the actual shipping cost of the re-shipped package.

Back-Ordered Items

If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. Once restocked, your order will be shipped to you via Ground Delivery at no additional charge.

For international orders, we require that all items of an order be in stock before shipping. If one or more items are in backordered status, shipping will be put on hold until all items are available for one shipment. If you would prefer to split the shipments, please email and request partial shipping and we will process the products that are in stock and ship the backordered items separately when it becomes available. Shipping charges will apply for each shipment.

Special Order Items

Special order items are not stocked in our warehouse but can usually be shipped within 5 Days. Special ordered products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, nor are they refundable.

Damaged Shipments / Missing Parts

In the event that a product is damaged in shipment or appears to have missing parts, the customer must notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Upon notification, we will work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution.

Return/exchange of non-faulty goods

With a receipt

  • We can provide a refund
  • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • Receipts must be valid and intact

All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Cheques and debit cards will be refunded as cash and credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original credit card.

Note: The original credit card must be present to gain a refund.

Without a receipt

  • We can provide an Exchange Voucher or an exchange for 'like' goods.
  • All goods for exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • Positive identification will be required.
  • Exchange Vouchers are valid from time of issue and are redeemable at any store. These vouchers are not redeemable for cash or Gift Cards.
